1. Return Policy

You may return physical products purchased from BlueOpticWear.com under the following conditions:

  • Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for return shipping.

    Securely package the item along with a copy of your receipt and clearly label it with your Return Authorization Number.

Important: Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by us.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted if:

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
